Video emerges of Kenyans sneaking in and out of Nairobi Metropolis after it was put on partial lockdown
An undated video has emerged showing several Kenyans scaling up hills and panya routes to access and leave the Nairobi Metropolis.
The video which does not also indicate where this was happening captures both women and men sneaking through a bushy area while complaining of how the government has frustrated them.
In the video, a man who appears to be recording is heard saying the government refused to suspend flights into the country when Coronavirus was ravaging other parts of the world.
And now they are bearing the brunt of the killer virus as leaders gallivant in State House and other high end areas.
This comes a day after President Uhuru Kenyatta announced a partial lockdown in Nairobi, banning entry and exit from the country’s capital for 21 days.
Nairobi has been the epicentre of the killer Coronavirus, recording the highest among the 172 cases now confirmed in Kenya.
