SORRY WILLY PAUL: Bongo Flava heartthrob Nandy and lover serve couple goals as they enjoy their new affair
There was a time Kenyan secular singer Willy Paul was so close to Bongo Flava songstress Nandy such that we all believed they were having something going on.
They did collabos, had live shows together and even erotically ‘misbehaved’ on stage.
Willy Paul rode on the wave and even bragged how he had found the love of his life. Nandy fanned it with sweet smiles and appreciation.
We all fell for it.
Then gradually the ‘love affair’ between the two faded away, everyone concentrating on their own music and hustle.
Then Coronavirus came and we retreated to our houses to keep the social distance required to avoid contracting the killer virus.
But while we were self-quarantining and taking the necessary precautions as the ministry of health had advised, Tanzania was on a free roll.
Their president, John Pombe Magufuli, did not see anything to worry about. He openly declared he would not restrict movements nor would he impose a lockdown.
And boy Nandy took advantage of that and introduced her man, Bill Nas. The guy, keen to capture his bird and cage it, proposed to his love in a live concert, as the crowd cheered on.
Nandy kissed him affectionately, even shedding a tear for the proposal.
Since then, the two have been serving us couple goals, sharing sweet photos of them giving each other that look of assurance.
When Nas posts, Nandy is just a corner away with hers. The opposite is true. Clearly the two are in love and there is nothing we can do about it, let alone Willy Pozze.
