Francis Atwoli hires female rhumba singer to entertain him as he enjoys social distancing from the comfort of his home
Social distancing, self-isolation or quarantine is something every Kenyan has been forced to embrace lately thanks to the outbreak of the killer Coronavirus.
The government has ordered Kenyans to stay at home, minimise contact with other persons and only go out when it is very necessary.
There is even a dusk to dawn curfew imposed by the government to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
While for many Kenyans this is something has thrown them into boredom and disruption of their daily routines, COTU boss Francis Atwoli is seemingly enjoying the social distancing.
The flamboyant and controversial workers representative who is also known to be very wealthy, is killing boredom by enjoying some live rhumba music.
A video has emerged showing Atwoli seated on the veranda of his vast compound, a thermos of tea on the table, and a female singer spitting sweet lines as she plays the guitar to him.
Papa Atwoli is seemingly enjoying the tune as it comes, nodding in appreciation and following every beat with gently right to left swings.
Besides him is also another man, probably another singer, enjoying the sweet melody spit by the talented rhumba singer.
